Rice Millers' Association Convention Outing

Quiet Waters Paddling Adventures extends a warm welcome to the Rice Millers' Association Convention attendees for an afternoon of R&R on the Rio!

After putting in among a beautiful stand of cottonwoods in Algodones, we'll experience approximately six miles of the middle Rio Grande bosque. Along with tremendous views of the Sandia mountains, this section also features several interesting volcanic features and two small, Class I rapids. At this time of year we're likely to spot several Snowy Egret, as well as the ubiquitous Great Blue Heron along the way.
